Despite the comprehensive service we provide, there are no upfront or commission based fees associated with our portfolio management service.

We charge a fee of 1.1% per annum based on the market value of the portfolio under management. This fee covers all management and administrative services, the Goods & Services Tax (GST), and is fully tax deductible.

We do not accept commissions. This removes any possible bias in the selection of investments, or unnecessary trading for commission purposes.

There is a fundamental problem with most investment advice because it is commission based. This means that the adviser's best interest is in conflict with their client. Stockbrokers live by commissions and must recommend buying and selling the stocks in your portfolio as much as possible. Warren Buffett's philosophy of identifying a great business (there are actually few of them), buying at a reasonable price and holding long term, does not work if you are a stockbroker. Financial planners are similarly compromised. Managed products, wrap accounts and master trusts add layer upon layer of fees and costs, much of which is not transparent or disclosed. Investors can be paying 5.0% per annum in fees and not know it!
